While we’re pretty clever here at Procure-IQ, we’re not lawyers (and don’t pretend to be). So, we don’t draft or provide legal contracts or documents – including things like NDA’s, confidentiality agreements or the legal terms in RFx packs.
What we can do is give you a practical checklist of what to look out for in a contract – the commercial bits that matter in procurement: pricing, performance measures, risk, specifications and the like. We’re also happy to review contracts and give feedback on those terms. Just to be clear: that’s not legal advice.
